FYS Guest Post: The Wedding Files on Dream Days - Our Love Story

Saturday 7 March 2015

My friend Rosalyn from Dream Days and I got talking about weddings. It was so good to offload to someone that understands: we are both getting married in the same month, doing all the planning from Doha and are experiencing the same wedding-related highs and lows on a daily basis.

With so much common ground, we decided it would be silly to miss the opportunity to jointly let you in a bit more on this subject (which I've largely kept quite private up until now, apart from here). From now on, expect a 'big reveal' once a month on Rosalyn's blog in the lead-up to both of our Big Days in July!

We start this collaboration with an introduction to mine and Rich's love story. Head on over to the post on Dream Days...and take a hanky with you!

    1. Thank you Lauren! You can find out exactly how it's going at the beginning of next month on Dream Days, but for now let's just say I've had easier challenges in my life!! ;-)

  3. I've read your love story on Dream Days, so sweet! Best of luck with the wedding planning and don't worry if it all doesn't go perfectly. We had a few little organisational hiccups on our big day but it is still a great memory

    1. Thank you so much Suze! Pleased you enjoyed it :-) This is good to hear from someone who's already married - I suppose the little things nobody else really notices right? The important thing is just getting down that aisle and everything else is just an added extra...that's what I keep telling myself anyway!

  5. Everyone who hadn't been there was blown away. The food at Chicago Wedding Venues was hands down the best wedding food any of us had ever tasted. We had many of our guests come up to us during the reception and comment as to how delicious the food was.

  6. Wedding planning can be stressful. However, I wouldn't worry too much about it. You should enjoy the process. After all, this should be the happiest day of your life. The last thing you want to be is a grouch on your big day! http://hooplafilms.com/project-type/wedding-films/
